The Elosphere Immersive Dining, LLC., hereafter referred to as (“US”, “Our”, “We”, the “Company”, or “Eloshpe”), is a limited liability company incorporated in Florida by founder Adrian Vargas, who serves as our President & CEO (“Vargas” Member), With a passion for audiovisual and automation system design Vargas has created an entertainment company that allows guests to personalize their dinner, corporate or personal celebrations. With just a crumb of inspiration we can make your imagination come to life with audiophile quality sound and 4k/8k video.

INVESTMENT INFORMATION
INCOME
Elosphere Corporate will be a pass through company. All profits and losses will be allocated to members a pro rata to their membership interests
TAXES
Members will include all allocations of profits and losses on their personal income tax filing.
DISTRIBUTIONS
Elosphere shall have minimum distribute to members their pro rata tax liability related to their income allocation.
Elosphere shall, as approved by the Board of Directors, distribute income to members on pro rata basis relative to their membership interests.
Members will have a capital account for all allocations and distributions.
CAPITAL GAINS
